- Accelerator TETD is a very active, sulfur-bearing, non-discoloring rubber accelerator for use in natural and synthetic rubber systems. It can be used alone or combination with many other common rubber accelerators. TETD functions as a primary accelerator for cure systems requiring very low or no sulfur. It is cure modifier in W/G-type neoprenes.

- In EPDM Dimacit TETD is a valuable secondary accelerator. Dimacit TETD gives excellent dispersions in soft compounds due to its low melting point. Dimacit TETD is non-staining and non-discoloring; excellent colors are obtained in non-black vulcanizates.

- It gives an excellent vulcanization plateau with good heat aging and compression set resistance when used in sulfur less vulcanization systems and EV systems.
