  • Luperox® DCP is a monofunctional Dicumyl peroxide used for the crosslinking of natural and synthetics rubbers and polyethylene. It is used in many applications such as building profiles, automotive rubber parts, wire and cable, technical rubber parts.

  • Four rubber compounds based on SBR and dicumyl peroxide were prepared in which DCP was dosed in the amount: 1, 2, 3 and 5 phr. As seen in Table 3, the scorch time slightly decreased by increasing amount of DCP from 1 to 5 phr.
